1.Q: How do I login?
A: Before you can login you have to complete the enquiry form and wait for an email that will inform you about the login details and other. If you already did then the login panel is on every page of the website. Enter your username and password and press the "Login" button. If the username and password entered are correct you will see the "Reservation" page.
2.Q: How do I make a reservation?
A: Press here to go to the "Help" page. (link to the help page)
3.Q: Forgot your password?
A: If you forgot your password click on the "Forgot your password" link which is located next to the "Login" button under the username and password fields and enter the same email address that you used to register. An email with your password will be sent to the specified email address.
4.Q: Where do I find the prices?
A: Prices can be found in the "Accommodation" page. You can find the page if you press the "Accommodation" link in the bar at the left side of the page. NOTE: Those prices are not final. To get a final price you will have to complete the "Enquiry Booking" form which can be found if you press the "Enquiry Booking" link again in the bar at the left side of the page. See the Help page to find out the procedure.
5.Q: Where is your Hotel?
A: Our Hotel is located in Larnaca. You can find the map if you go to the "Location" link in the bar at the left side of the page.
6.Q: How do I make a booking?
A: You can make a booking by submitting an enquiry form in the "Enquiry Booking" link in the bar at the left side of the page or in the "Accommodation" link press the "book" link next to the room type you wish to book.

8.Q: How do I cancel my reservation?
A: You have to call us at (00357) 24 627200 to cancel your reservation.
Cancellation policy:
With regard to the cancellation policy, if the cancellation is made 3 days in advance there is no charge, otherwise one night of stay is charged.
9.Q: Where can I see some photographs or videos of your hotel?
A: To see pictures of our hotel you can press on the "Photos & Videos" link in the bar at the left side of the page.

A: If you do not have an email address then you can’t do a reservation through our website. You will have to call us at (00357) 24 627200.
11.Q: I don’t know the time of my arrival. What do I do?

13.Q: What if I don’t have Credit Card?
A: If you don’t have a credit card you will not be able to make a reservation trough our website. You will need to call us at (00357) 24 627200.

A: You can change your password only if you are logged in. After you login press on the "Account Details" link and find the password field. Remove the dots inside and write carefully your new password.
15.Q: How do I change my email address?
A: You can change your email address only if you are logged in. After you login press on the "Account Details" link and find the email address field and replace the old email address with the new one.
16.Q: If I change my email address the username remains the same or it becomes the same as my new email address?
A: Your username remains the same as it was when you registered for the first time.
17.Q: What kind of parties or events can you provide?
A: You can find details about parties or events just by clicking on the "Parties/Events" link in the bar at the left side of the page.
