How to make a reservation.

Step 1: The first thing you have to do is to complete the Enquiry Booking page. The “Enquiry Booking” page can be found on the left of the website on the menu. As soon as you get at the page you will need to fill the form. After you finish filling the form press “Send” button to send us the form.

Step 2: You will receive an email informing you for the availability of the dates and rooms you requested, information for logging in to the “Reservation” page, the payment method and the final price including the deposit amount that you will pay. The deposit is usually the 30% of the total price.

Step 3: Logging in to the “Reservation” page: This is quite easy. You can find the “Reservation Login” panel on every page of the website. Enter your username and password sent to you in your email and press “Login”. If the username and password entered are correct you will see the “Reservation” page with 2 options, “Order Details” and “Account Details”.

Step 4(a): If you want to edit your password or your account details press the “Account Details” link to see or edit your account details. After you finish editing your account settings press the “Update” button to submit the changes.

Step 4(b): Press the “Order Details” link and you will see your order number and the dates you choose, here you will also see the status of your reservation. To pay for your deposit you will see the “pay your deposit here” link. The “View” button shows you the full details of your balance and reservation.

Step 5: Proceed to payment: Press on the “Proceed to Payment” button which is located at the bottom right of the page. You will now see the payment form. Complete the form with your payment details and press the “Pay” button. NOTE: your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of submission, Not immediately. You will be sent an email when the card is charged.

Step 6: After your deposit has been paid for you will receive an email informing you that your reservation is confirmed. Now you can log back on to the website “reservation login” and print your voucher to take with you to the hotel on check in.
